| Abstract: |
M1 defines a flexible interconnection system for computer graphic displays. While most other interface specifications focus solely on the host-side of the video interface, M1 concentrates on the display-side interface. The M1 system enables displays to be connected to a host system with any of the following video connectors: VGA, DVI, DFP or P&D. M1 emphasizes performance, ease of use, and flexibility. The standard does not cover any signal specifications or detailed connector specifications. |
